The present general selling conditions concern the selling of the whole product line proposed by HELIABRINE on its website www.heliabrine.com. As a result every buyer who orders a product recognizes being aware of the general selling conditions and accepts them wholly. HELIABRINE reserves itself the possibility of modifying the present general selling conditions at any time.
As the brand HELIABRINE is sold in Beauty salons the products in the website are only sold “retail” and for the final consumer. Any order not clearly corresponding to a retail sale and any order considered as a fraud will be cancelled. In this case the Buyer will receive a cancellation e-mail.

Geographic territories :
Our products are available for sale and delivery on the following geographic territory : France (including Corsica), DOM, TOM, Europe, Switzerland, and the Rest of the World1.
The representing prices are in Euros TTC (all taxes included) and include neither the data processing nor the forwarding costs. These depend on the country of destination and are indicated before the final confirmation of the order (see table under Delivery section).
HELIABRINE is entitled to change these prices at any time but the products will be charged at the current price of the date of ordering.
The prices can also be changed during the year if there are any promotional offers. These offers are valid in the limit of the available stocks and over a determined period. If a product is not available we will inform you by e-mail.
Orders over 100€ are sent with no shipping charges to France, Europe, Switzerland, and DOM TOM (not including Polynesia, Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna).
Confirmation of the transaction:
It is only possible to order on www.heliabrine.com, it is not possible to order by phone.
Before the first order, the Buyer needs to create a user account, and give all the requested information.
The buyer has to make sure that all the information concerning his order is correct: the products ordered, the delivery address, the billing address and his bank account details.
To confirm his first order the Buyer has to click on ‘’ Valider ‘’button. At the same time he accepts the quantities, the prices and the whole general selling conditions. His order is then processed by our commercial service that will send him an e-mail specifying the number of products ordered, the charged amount and the delivery address. The transaction is only definitive after the confirmation has been sent to the Buyer and after the reception of the whole amount by the Seller.
As soon as his payment is accepted by our safe payment service PAYBOX, the Buyer receives an e-mail confirming the debited amount.
He also receives an e-mail on the day his order leaves.
We advise the Buyer to keep a copy of all the details concerning his order.
Every order is to be paid immediately.
Every order is to be paid by credit card, in Euros .
Thanks to our online payment security service PAYBOX SYSTEM every purchase is safe.
PAYBOX provides you with the assurance that the data exchanged with the site is secure and encrypted when your browser establishes a secure (SSL) connection with the site.
The security of the payment depends on the authentication of the customer and the confidentiality and the integrity of the whole data.
HELIABRINE may suspend or cancel any order in case of technical problem, fraudulent payment or for any other legal reason concerning an abnormal aspect of the order.
The order will be delivered to the address given by the Buyer on his ordering form. It is up to the Buyer to give all the requested details for a good delivery.
The bill will be sent to the address mentioned in the user’s account.
Every order is sent by the French postal service ‘’ Colissimo Suivi ‘’.
At the delivery the Buyer has to sign a delivery note or an acknowledgment of receipt.
In case of absence, a note will inform the Buyer that he may collect his products in the nearest post office in between fifteen days. After this period the products will be returned to HELIABRINE who will contact the Buyer in order to agree on a new date of delivery. In this case the freight cost is at the Buyer’s charge.
You will find all the details on our website under ‘’ Delivery ‘’section. The Buyer will not get any damages and may not cancel his order in case of any delay.
HELIABRINE declines any responsibility as for the elongation of the delays if they are due to a strike action of the transport company or if the products get lost.
Return of a product / Delivery mistake:
In case the Buyer wants to file a claim about a mistake concerning the delivery or concerning an unconformity between what is written on the order and the actual product, this claim has to be made during the three working days after day of delivery.
Any claim or complaint made after this period will not be accepted.
In case the Buyer wants to return a product due to a mistake in the delivery he has got seven working days after day of delivery to do so.
How to return a product:
- Tell us the name and number of products you want to return. Send us an e-mail using the HELIABRINE contact form.
- HELIABRINE will send you an acknowledgment of receipt and a form to fill in.
- Return the products, the filled-in form and a copy of the invoice, exclusively by parcel post ‘’Colissimo Suivi’’ to:

If the Buyer does not respect the proceeding or the time schedules he may not file a claim for non conformity or for defect and as a consequence the products will be considered conform and defectiveless.
Freight cost and risks are under the responsibility of the Buyer. In case a product gets lost during this return, HELIABRINE will not reimburse the Buyer.
HELIABRINE does not reimburse the initial freight cost.
Although, if a product is returned in between seven days, if the customer service accepts the return, if the return fills in the conditions mentioned above, the Buyer may choose between an exchange of the product if the same one is available or a credit note covering the amount of the returned product.
HELIABRINE will reimburse the freight cost of the return if the Buyer gives a justification.
If the Buyer returns a product that has not been accepted by the customer service, HELIABRINE will not reimburse him.
HELIABRINE is not responsible for any delay due to the unavailability of a product, to the disturbance or the strike action of the post or transport services.
The Buyer should check the products in presence of the deliveryman.
In case a product is missing or in case a product is damaged or broken, the Buyer has to make his complaint immediately and shall not accept the products. He shall also immediately make an established report with the deliveryman ( in France it is report #170).
The Buyer has also to inform immediately HELIABRINE by e-mail..
In accordance with the article L121 – 20 of the consumption code, the Buyer has seven working days as from the day of delivery to return at his charge the whole order and to get either an exchange of the products or a credit note for the amount of his order.
The products have to be in perfect condition and in their initial packing.
In case of an exchange, the freight cost of the 2nd forwarding are at the charge of the Buyer.
HELIABRINE will not accept any parcel where the sender has not paid the postage. The Buyer is to be held responsible for all the risks of any return.
The Buyer has to return the product by parcel with acknowledgment of receipt, in its initial packing with a copy of the ordering form to:

All the information required during the Buyer’s registration is necessary for the handling of an order.
In accordance with the law “Informatique et Liberté” n° 78-17 dated January the 6th, 1978, the Buyer may access, rectify, cancel and oppose to any personal information he gave to HELIABRINE.
By ordering on HELIABRINE’s website the Buyer will also be informed by e-mail about promotional offers, new products and events.
If the Buyer does not want to receive these informative e-mails he may at any time let HELIABRINE know by using the special form that he will find in the “Contact” section.
This website and every element of this website: logo, picture, label, drawing document as well as their compilation are the exclusive property of HELIABRINE or HELIABRINE’s suppliers who allow no licence and nothing more than visiting this website.
The copy of any document of this website may only have a personal and private use. Copying and using copies for any other reason is prohibited.
